now/Spain
There are no real changes in store for Spain hard rockers, or for students in their fourth album, the third for the music Lion, changes. What remains the same is the hardest European melodic hard rock movement with fine guitar work of Robert Rodrigo.
Airless :: less happy.
Perhaps airless should have called the album, this course. There’s the basic foundation of hard rock fusion with his cousin AOR for catchy melodies and big hooks bold enough to play arena eighties. In fact, much of the material for changes feel sharper, harder. Songs like the last prophecy, Upstream, a fresh start, and change it to burn.
Even quasi-ballads Reach For You and return home weigh on the firm side of the rock stuff. Maybe something has changed in the end. One notable addition of some bright keyboard in the beginning I did not care, and save me. Then there’s a political statement on Gone Too Far find almost wrapped power metal. Throughout Rodrigo displays its classic guitar rock. In the end, the changes to be airless airless, a crew of very talented musicians constantly create good European melodic hard rock.
