Stronger Than Ever is the 7th studio album from Brazilian power/progressive metal legends, HANGAR. Deservedly named alongside DREAM THEATER, SYMPHONY X, and PAGAN’S MIND as one of progressive metal’s best bands. Surpassing their last two critically acclaimed releases – Inside Your Soul and Infallible – HANGAR’s latest opus, Stronger Than Ever, has 10 songs that cover a vast heavy metal landscape, and includes such standout tracks as “Reality Is A Prison,” “The Revenant,” and “The Hangar Of Hannibal.” The band features world-renowned drummer extraordinaire, Aquiles
Elephant Plaza – Momentum 2016
The story began as a 2-piece project in 2006. Espen Mikarlsen and Gilbert Marshall one day started loosely jamming an idea for a song in our studio – Progstock Studio – and this should later turn into our first song “Naked”. Jerusalem – Cooler Than Antarctica 2016
JERUSALEM were formed in the early 70’s and after releasing a self-titled album in 1972 they disbanded only to reform in 2008 and release their second album “Escalator” followed by the critically acclaimed “Black Horses released in 2014.
For their fourth album with original members LYNDEN WILLIAMS on vocals and BOB COOKE composing they are joined by the cream of the prog rock musicians GEOFF DOWNES (ASIA & YES), NICK D’VIRGILIO (SPOCKS BEARD & BIG BIG TRAIN)
and they have created a stunning prog rock album that ticks the boxes on all musical and creative fronts.
