Bryan Scary & The Shredding Tears – Mad Valentines (EP) (2009)

The acclaim of “Flight Of The Knife” led to two years of touring, which got brought to an abrupt end whilst in Mid-tour in L.A. While preparing to record an EP for Elijah Woods’ Simian Record, the band’s van and trailer was stolen, along with all of their gear! Tour derailed the band were stuck in L.A. The band being ever resilient used this time to finish up the 5 track EP for Simian.

Michael Breen – Michael Breen (1987)

Michael Breen is the former stage name of Michel Pépin (born 1960 in Nicolet, Quebec) a Canadian pop and rock singer and session musician. Although he released only one album as a solo artist, he had a hit single with “Rain” in 1987. The song was written by then still unknown Sass Jordan and she also contributed background vocals on the album and was featured on “How Will I Know”.

He left for Montreal at 17 and before long found himself playing in the French prog-rock band Concert when they recorded their sophomore album “Vitamin”. When he left Concert he changed his stage name to Michael Breen an joined The Sailcats as their frontman for a year or so.
Pépin never released another album as a solo artist but instead worked as session guitarist with names like Lu

Cappanera (Italy) – Cuore Blues Rock’n’Roll (2011)

Cappanera was a Strana Officina’s side-project.
In 1992 the band began working on a new album, but the following year Fabio and Roberto Cappanera died in a car crash and the band broke up. In 2010 Rolando Cappanera (Roberto’s son) decided to finish the work on the album recording drums, with the help of some guest musicians.
