One of the most sought-after Norwegian AOR-releases ever, this item is as close to perfect as it can get! Avenue Talk were a revelation when they made their debut 25 years ago, with sensational hi-tech AOR in the same mould as 2 Brave, Creation, Secret Wish, Small Affairs and Guys & Disquise.
The band formed in 1987 and was the support act for A-ha on their Norway tour at the same year.
In 1988 they released their one and only album titled “Cry For Mercy” via Slagerfabrikken label and then vanished… “Full Reaction”,”I Still Love You” (also released as a video),”Russian Roulette”,”Tomorrow” are the best tracks. SPEED STROKE – SCENE OF THE CRIME 2020
Speed Stroke are five guys who share a common passion for the golden times of rock and roll, when the music was played by true rockstars. Founded in Italy in 2010, the band was introduced to the international rock scene in 2011 thanks to their involvement in “Reborn In Sleaze”, an official tribute album released in memory of Dave Lepard (Crashdïet). In March 2013 the band launched its S/T debut album, followed by “Fury” in 2016.
