»Zeit« is the eighth RAMMSTEIN album, the successor to their untitled or self-titled album »Rammstein«, the sixth number one album in a row. And like its predecessor, it was recorded with Berlin-based producer Olsen Involtini at La Fabrique Studios in St. Rémy de Provence, France – after vocalist Till Lindemann, guitarist Paul Landers, guitarist Richard Z. Kruspe, keyboardist Flake, bassist Oliver Riedel and Drummer Christoph Schneider had previously worked on the songs for a good two years.
