The British blues rock band Bandit, formed in 1976, released two studio albums with different line-ups. The eponymous debut album from 1976 was recorded by singer Jim Diamond (who later achieved PhD and solo success), guitarist Danny McIntosh, drummer Graham Broad and later AC/DC bassist Cliff Williams and was released towards the end of the same year.
The bluesy rock of the British combo did not exactly meet the zeitgeist of the time, since punk was the rage at the time, so the commercial success was manageable and the band broke up after Cliff Williams left. Digitally remastered reissue by Bad Reputation Records.
