The Sick, the Dying… and the Dead! took more than two years to materialize, with the recording sessions taking place between May 2019 and towards the end of 2021, the longest time Megadeth has taken to record an album up to this point.

The album was originally slated for an early 2022 release, however issues with vinyl printing and distribution resulted in the release date initially being pushed back to the summer. The album was later delayed further to a September 2022

ROYAL HUNT double DVD entitled “Future Coming From The Past”. This double package serves as a celebration of the return of singer D.C. Cooper to the line-up, and makes finally widely available two very rare items which were only released in Japan back in the day.

The first DVD is entitled “1996” and was recorded live in Japan just after the release of the band’s “Moving Target” album. “1996” is an excellent summary of ROYAL HUNT’s career up to that point.
