For the first time ever, TESLA‘s hugely popular covers album “Real to Reel” is being released on vinyl. Recorded using only analogue equipment with a live-in-the studio setting, the band does their own versions of classic songs from Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, UFO, Uriah Heep and more.
This just released 2024 release has been fully remastered at Sterling Sound like the original, but specifically for vinyl. It’s released for Record Store Day on heavy 180g vinyl and housed in a dual gatefold package. The band will be celebrating this release with a tour supporting the music on the album.
A really welcomed release, not only because the songs & performances are great, but also the original 2007 release was horribly brickwalled, sonically saturated.
This remaster for vinyl honors the analog tapes, with a warm sound in rich mid-frequencies resulting in clearer vocals and guitars. A LP-rip made by 0dayrox team for our readers.
