HUMAN CODE – Break The Silence 2024

Rarely does a band come along that seems to have it all – the looks, the music, the chops, fan support, and the production. This band has the “it” factor.Introducing HUMAN CODE.

Produced by Dino Elefante, whose illustrious career spans over 300 records with rock icons like Kansas, Petra, Mastedon, John Elefante, Guardian, etc, HUMAN CODE’s debut album ”Break The Silence” is a hard hitting rock album with Melodic Metal influences yet a very modern sound.
A super-group of seasoned veterans, HUMAN CODE features Michael (Lee) Drive, former lead vocalist of Barren Cross, who lends his powerful voice to the band, while George Ochoa, a virtuoso guitarist / keyboardist known for his work with Deliverance, Recon, Worldview, and Vengeance, brings his rich musical experience to the table. Drummer Terry Russell, previously member of Holy Soldier, adds his dynamic rhythms, and Todd Libby, a skilled bassist and keyboardist who has graced stages with Recon and Worldview, completes the line-up.
“This is one of the best things I’ve heard in 20 years. I wouldn’t have gotten involved if I didn’t think this was a phenomenal album.” said Dino Elefante.

This 10-track powerhouse of an album delivers face-melting hard rock / melodic metal that transcends the typical ’80s metal revival. It’s heavy both musically and lyrically.
Tracks like “Socially Incorrect” – with a strong Queensryche feeling or the title track “Break The Silence” are poised to become timeless anthems. The best bands have staying power, and their songs endure.
Then ”Rain” surprises as being a piano driven midtempo, an elegant and impressive song which gets more atmoshere as progresses. “Don’t Kill The Messenger” is heavy but melodic with synths in between, and while there’s an early ’90s feeling in the songwriting, the sound is absolutely 2024.

With seasoned professionals who have perfected their craft, this collection of rock/metal anthems combined with an unparalleled production – seriously, everything sounds great thanks to Elefante’s hand, especially the drums – HUMAN CODE’s debut album ”Break The Silence” is one of the best debut albums you’ll hear this years.
