In 1986 in Tampa, Florida, with Rick Bails on vocals and guitar, John Bails on guitar, Rick Howard for drums and Mark Togey for keyboards, the band Valentine appeared. The band was fully staffed when, later, bassist Frankie Baker joined the guys.
