Second Lash began in the end of 2014 , featuring Ricardo Dourado in the lead guitar, Miguel Dourado in the rhythm guitar and bass, João Amaral on the drums and Evelyne Filipe on the vocals to produce visceral, energetic and bad ass rock music filled with a lot of attitude and soul. The combination of the experience of past projects with the current band line up lead to the creation of a well oiled rock machine that can be heard on the newly launched first record of the band. Chevelle is an American alternative metal band that formed in 1995 in the Chicago suburb of Grayslake, Illinois.
On May 9, 2007, during a show in Fort Worth, Texas Chevelle’s trailer containing all of the band’s equipment was stolen from the hotel “Of the 14 guitars, we got two of ’em, and then we got some amplifiers back and our monitor system. So it’s really, I mean it’s cool because it’s kind of like Christmas, only really weird. People have been calling us and saying, ‘Hey, I bought this or that’, and you know, we buy it back from them.
