It’s that time again! 90’s rock is back and is more alive than ever with the Swedish band ROOF DOWN from Stockholm. They themselves describe their music as “Seattle rock inspired post grunge with a modern touch”. ROOF DOWN have clear parallels to bands like Pearl Jam, Soundgarden and Alice in Chains,but spiced with a strong pinch of their own sound.

The album was mastered by legendary mastering engineer Dave Cooley (Elysian Masters in L.A.), known for his work with Stone Temple Pilots and Jimmy Eats World, among others.

Janina Jade is a Swedish rock musician, singer, guitarist and songwriter. Her new album “Heart Of Rock N ‘Roll” was created together with the guitar virtuoso Jennifer Batten (Michael Jackson, Jeff Beck, solo artist) on lead guitar.

Janina Jade’s music and her lyrics are just as unique as her voice and her guitar playing. The history of Yes is marked by repeated reshuffles and sometimes significant stylistic changes.The creative and artistic peak of the band is considered to be the 1970s, in which some of the outstanding albums of progressive rock were recorded, while the greatest commercial success came in 1983.

The group, based in classic rock, was founded in 1968 by Jon Anderson and Chris Squire with theaccompanying musicians Peter Banks, Tony Kaye and Bill Bruford. These 15 songs, recorded in two different locations, date from the band’s early 1970s. They were recorded in TV sessions for WDR (Sporthalle Köln) and TV Brussels.

The detailed booklet contains sleeve notes by 70’s expert Phil Hendricks with input by original front man Bob Bradbury.
