The Straddlerz featuring lead vocalist Linda Filippin and guitarist Michael Reynal will be releasing their debut self-titled album on January 29, 2021. Sleaze Roxx premiered The Straddlerz‘ video for their single “Streets of Love” back on July 12, 2019. The Straddlerz‘s debut album was produced and mixed by Lase Salgado, and mastered by Steve Corrao. The album artwork was done by Giulia Pattarozzi. Guest musicians on the album consist of drummers Robert Abrams, Santiago Rensonnet and Jimmy Falawine; bassists Gary Hewes, Alex Zanel, Luke Lazy and Edward; and, guitarist Pablo Schmidt.

The band King Bird has been working on new compositions for the album “Flying High”, successor to “Got Newz”, which will be released by the European label Lions Pride in 2021. Wasting no time keeping that envious momentum going, Pounder return with all guns blazing on ‘Breaking the World’. Leaner, meaner, and all-too-accurately titled,’Breaking the World’ sees the band – vocalist/guitarist Matt Harvey, bassist Alejandro Corredor, and lead guitarist Tom Draper – getting both heavier and more anthemic, more American in their metal but also more wide-ranging in their reach. Comprising seven songs in a satisfyingly compact 37 minutes, ‘Breaking the World’ keeps the energy flowing freely across these more concertedly epic songs, but not once is there a feeling of bloat or padding out lengths just for the hell of it; these songs charge hard and are painted with solos of a godly nature and all sorts of tasteful twists.

After producing two Humbucker albums and also organized a European tour in 2014 as support for legendary Canadian rock band Helix, it was time for Geir to move on to start The Norsemen Company. A few months after the appetizer Burning Man EP, former U.D.O. guitarist Andy Susemihl presents his seventh studio album, Alienation. Also on board are a number of “superfriends” who support him with this long player. These include international giants such as Peter Baltes (Accept), Francesco Jovin (U.D.O. / Jorn) and Andre Labelle (Vinnie Vincent).

Alienation is “a very up-to-date album, a combination of rousing rock songs, unique compositions and lyrics that life has written especially in these crazy times.” Susemihl himself describes his eclectic and multi-string style as Sophisticated Global Rock.
