Quiet Riot’s performance at Frontiers Rock festival 2018 marked the band’s first-ever concert in Italy and what a hell of a show it was! With the entire club shouting and singing and calling back the band on stage at the end of the show, Quiet Riot literally took no prisoners, offering the crowd a superb selection of their greatest hits plus a very special surprise in “Thunderbird,” a song from the multi platinum album “Metal Health” that the band never performed on stage in its entire history.

Hot on the heels of the release of their 10th studio album “Atomic Generation,” UK’s finest melodic rock band FM kicked off their tour in support of the album with a typically stunning performance at Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan, Italy in April 2018.

FM offered up a set which included fan favorites and classic cuts taken from the band’s first two records, brand new additions to the setlist taken from their last two albums “Heroes and Villains” and “Atomic Generation” and some surprises, such as “Let Love Be The Leader, a single originally released in 1987.
The band’s performance was simply faultless and breathtaking. The rhythm section of Pete Jupp and Merv Goldsworthy didn’t miss a beat while Jem Davis provided rich sonic tapestries with his keyboards. Jim Kirkpat

A dream team of renowned metal musicians including Tim “Ripper” Owens (ex-Judas Priest, Iced Earth), Chris Caffery (Savatage, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Steve DiGiorgio (Testament, Death, etc.) and Mark Zonder (ex-Fates Warning, Warlord) was born and put together under the direction of renowned LA-based producer Roy Z. (Bruce Dickinson, Halford, Tribe Of Gypsies). Called SPIRITS OF FIRE (after the title of one of their songs), the band has completed work on their debut album. Seattle’s prog-rockers Presto Ballet release their sixth studio album “The Days Between”. Founded by Metal Church guitarist Kurdt Vanderhoof in 2005, Presto Ballet combines the melodic and harmonic old school aspects with the neo progressive rock sound of today. While their sound is often compared to the early works of Kansas, Rush, and Yes, Presto Ballet still maintains its own identity.
