Eddie Vantez is a melodic rock solo project by Ed Omar Carabantes (Hunter) from Coquimbo, Chile. Following his debut album Hungry Heart with Hunter in 2021, Eddie felt the need to take on a solo project that would expand on his love of ’80s A.O.R music. On “Rough Diamond” there are songs reminiscent of bands such as Toto, Survivor, Journey to name a few, completing an A.O.R. gem played brilliantly by many musicians from Chile, Perú and Argentina.
