When the first lockdown began in 2020 Steve Mann and Chris Ousey started working together for a new project. The pair set to work and quickly realized that there was a great synergy between the two of them. The band is a duo consisting of Turkish songwriter, producer and guitarist Cenk Eroglu (ex-Winger, Xcarnation) and New York-born singer / bassist John Bisaha (The Babys). Cenk had written lots of songs in the genre during 1984-1998 and tried to find the right singer / partner for a long time. They were eventually introduced to each other by Serafino Perugino at Frontiers.
