October 25th For fans of Volbeat, Nickelback, Shinedown The Danish hard rock quartet BLACK OAK COUNTY releases their third album, taking them to new musical horizons, with a wide mix of thundering breakdowns, catchier choruses than ever before, a massive wall of pounding guitar riffs, and a heartfelt piano ballad.

GREAT WHITE – Live at the Marquee ’87 + Live in London ’89 [official releases]

We never have enough GREAT WHITE, and even better in a live setting, where the band excels. Here’s two stupendous CD’s.

First “Live at the Marquee“, recorded December 18, 1987 at the Marquee, London, England, and released as bonus disc with the ‘…Twice Shy’ studio album in its ‘Special Edition’. This is a terrific performance, ballsy, perfectly recorded with lots of dynamics. The great thing on this one is the set list including many songs from ‘Shot In The Dark’ album. And the version of ‘Rock Me’ is perhaps the best recorded live by the band.
The other disc is “Live in London“, captured live at Wembley Stadium, England on December 11, 1989, a CD only released in Japan
