HEAVENS EDGE did a very strong comeback this week with a new album in decades. After their terrific debut, the band recorded the pre-production material for the second, but as happened with many melodic hard rock bands at the time, they were dropped by the record label.
These unreleased second album tracks were released at the end of the Nineties under the title “Some Other Place / Some Other Time“. The CD includes one song from the first album sessions, the awesome ‘Rock Steady’ (I scratch my head why they left this track out!) plus new songs showcasing a more mature approach.
