Playing tough, swaggering ’70s-styled rock & roll, Vancouver’s LIONS IN THE STREET are a band who’ve learned the hard way the value of doing things your own way. Formed in 2000’s with the name YEARS, the group recorded an album but due record label conflicts never was released. The band somehow kept going, performing gigs and recording songs. LIONS IN THE STREET then silently put out an EP in 2013 but a few take notice.

Now the streaming platforms revolution has given LIONS IN THE STREET a new life an audience, allowing them to release largely-unheard music

“Demo Anthology“, as the title suggests, is a collection of demos by acclaimed US melodic hard rock group WINGER, a 2-CD set featuring a total of 37 songs recorded during the late ’80s and in between their three classic albums: “Winger”, “In The Heart Of The Young” and “Pull”.

As requested, this is the Japanese Edition including an exclusive bonus track, an out of print release. So we have here 38 tracks, 10 of them previously unreleased / not part of the album releases.
Calling these recordings ‘demos’ is diminishing its quality: these are in fact pre-production demos and in the know of Kip Winger being a perfectionist, sound quality is very good.
