Robert Tepper’s new album, “Better Than Rest,” is a collaboration between Tepper and guitarist Pablo Padilla. Recording, recording and mixing this disc took about a year.
Robert Tepper, a native of Bayonne, New Jersey, arrived at the end of the 60s in garage groups on the coast of New Jersey. Only a little later, Tepper began to be recognized as a composer with his first hit recorded by Paul Anka, This Is Love. The song won the ASCAP Award for its popularity this year and won first place in 40.
