In 2017, after completing the Vocal Academy at the CVI of Copenhagen, Brosio takes part in the Finnish TV program, “ The Voice”. He joins the team of legendary Hanoi Rocks’ frontman and co-founder, Michael Monroe, and makes it into the final of the competition where he finishes third overall. After competing in “The Voice”, Brosio forms the brand-new band, White Cloud Fire, featuring long-time school-friend and fellow songwriter Ilkka Kainulainen on guitar (Piecemaker, SICI, Von Vida, Electric Beat Orgy) and Jaakko Pellotsalo on bass (Autere, Viilto, Grey Heron). The band line-up is completed by the addition of half Italian school-friend, Paulo Poverini on drums (Lajitoverit, The Leopards). The Storm arises from Denmark composed of the duo, Pernille Rosendahl and Johan Wohlert. Frankly, The Storm is hard to classify musically. It’s part Goth, part symphonic rock/metal, and a lot of simply AOR/melodic rock with strong female vocals. ‘Where The Storm Meets The Ground’ is produced by the legendary Roy Thomas Baker
(no reference or introduction needed!) This means that the production is clean and sparkling. Perhaps you might compare The Storm to Evanescence, without the
TOTO’s brand new Greatest Hits package titled 40 Trips Around The Sun was released earlier this year and impacted charts all over the world. The band is about to begin another set of tour dates with shows coming up in New Zealand, Australia and Japan. More European shows are already scheduled for the summer of 2019 and the band is planning on adding new North American tour dates for the fall of next year. The 40 Trips Around The Sun tour is the band’s most extensive run in years with many more announcements to come.

Purists of Loudness’ very early era hate “Jealousy”, for me, a fan of melodic hard rock from all times, this is one of the best Loudness albums. It’s purely American circa 1988; glammy Californian riffs from VH alumni Akira Takasaki, flashy solos, catchy choruses and a polished production sound.
