band Chic includes the hit “Spacer” which reached #18 on the UK charts in early 1980 and was a Top 10 hit in most of Europe, selling more than 5 million copies worldwide, and was twenty years later to be sampled by Swedish band Alcazar for their 2000 hit “Crying at the Discotheque” (#13 UK).
