PORCUPINE TREE Steven Wilson – Closure / Continuation [Deluxe Edition] (2022)

The group was founded in 1969 by immigrants from England, who lived at that time in Hamburg. The musicians were Roy Albrigton (guitar, vocals), Tuff Freeman (keyboards, vocals), Ron Howden (drums) and Mo Moore (bass, vocals). All four came to Germany back in 1965 and managed to outplay in a bunch of different gangs.

Their acquaintance took place in 1968 in the Hamburg “Star Club”. The guys showed a common interest in the music of the Beatles and early rock’n’roll, but most of all they were attracted by the experimental sound that began to come into fashion then.
