Henning Pauly (Chain, Storyteller, Frameshift) was born in Weilburg, Hessen, Germany and grew up in Hirschhausen, Germany. At the age of 15 he started playing guitar at the suggestion of his friends and he started to take guitar lessons from guitar teacher Kuno Wagner, a world renown Warr Guitar player. In May 1997 he moved to Boston where he studied for 3 years at Berklee College of Music and graduated from his dual major in “Contemporary Writing and Production” and “Music Synthesis” with a summa-cum-laude in may 2000.
His teachers suggested that he should move to Los Angeles to try his luck. He took their advice, packed all his belongings in a truck and moved to LA. He was hired by a small ad agency to run their newly built studio. Here he produced songwriters and bands

After releasing the debut album “Half Way Home” in 2008 Andy Ditchfield and Tony Wright formed a band for the live shows. As the outfit now was a real band the “Project” was dropped from the name. On the first tour the band included Steve Wright (guitars, vocals), Ian Raine (bass, vocals), Kev Jager (drums, vocals) and Marc Jolliffe (keyboards). The show was recorded at the Wyspianski Theatre, Katowice, Poland on February 17, 2009.
