This is a great album! In my opinion, it has Ray’s best songs since To The Bone and Animal from the last Kinks album. Americana reminds me in places of VGPS, Preservation, Think Visual (Duh), Phobia, and Ray’s The Storyteller and Other People’s Lives, yet is unique and fresh. A brilliant work by the master!
