This DVD is a concert by Smokie, officially released in 1998 on an audio CD titled “Smokie Live The Concert, 1978”, which was placed on video of the band’s performances in TV shows, which were known to be played to the soundtrack.

This created the illusion of a live performance by the Smokes, whose live concerts on DVD are simply a rarity.
This edition is suitable for those who are not interested in watching Smokie’s plywood performances, but want to feel the atmosphere of the concert.
There are also bonus tracks.

The David Bowie Serious Moonlight Tour was thus far Bowie’s longest, largest and most successful concert tour. The tour opened at the Vorst Forest Nationaal – Brussels on 18 May 1983 and ended in the Hong Kong Coliseum on 8 December 1983; 16 countries visited, 96 performances, 2,601,196 tickets sold.

Earl Slick was drafted as guitarist a few days before the commencement of the tour due to problems with Stevie Ray Vaughan’s management demanding a contract renegotiation.
