Bedlam – 2001 (1997)

They have opened for the likes of Godsmack, Saliva, Crossfade, Chevelle and Brett Michaels, deliver an excellent mix of Hard Rock and 90s Rock. There are party anthems, over the top guitar work, and exceptional bass playing – the song “Shiver” has some of the best and most intricate guitar work I have heard in a long time. There are some similarities to fellow Wisconsin bands Full Throttle and Picasso Trigger.

Nouveaux ‎– And This Is How I Feel 1996

We butchered the melodies, wailing our hearts out and feeling the passion of the songs. It’s too bad this was the last album Nouveaux put out, but it adds to the allure surrounding their music.

Kablamachunk! – Chunkology: 1987~1993

Being one of Retrospect’s most eccentric bands, New York-based band KABLAMACHUNK! played a very unique and quirky brand of melodic rock with elements of powerpop, progressive rock and new wave. This double disc anthology contains recordings from their super obscure albums “Well…There It Is”, “Into The Arena Of The Unwell” and “Kilts On Stilts” PLUS 3 additional previously unreleased bonus tracks. Blue Oyster Cult’s Albert Bouchard became so enamored with this band that he produced several of their songs and Kablamachunk! were clearly a heavy influence on what would become Albe

Lovebone – Suck Bang Blow 2000

Another New York-based project featuring guitarist ROY COSTON (Ardent, DC Strut, FLM) and bassist / vocalist CHUCK HEATH (ex-Bandit), this time ROY has put together a pure 80’s glam / sleaze power trio outfit called LOVEBONE.
Active for 7 years throughout the 2000’s, its hard to believe these songs weren’t recorded in the mid 80’s as they just exude that classic Sunset Strip sleaze mixed with New York glam rock sound!! Gotta love the lyrical content in these catchy songs along with the pounding rhythm section, the meaty guitar riffs and killer vocals! This is exactly the reason we love 80’s sleaze
