Talking Heads’ debut album was recorded in New York in 1977. In 2012, Rolling Stone ranked the CD 291st on its 500 greatest albums of all time.

The deluxe set includes many outtakes/rarities and live tracks, with the Blu-ray audio including a Dolby Atmos mix as well as 5.1 and Hi-Res stereo mixes. The four discs are packaged in an 80-page hardcover book with new annotations by Tina Weymouth, David Byrne, Chris Frantz and Jerry Harrison.
