Estimbarry – No se lo cuentes a nadie (2016)

FrontEstimbarry is a project born under the impetus of Dani Benitez, vocalist and lyricist of the band, who, tired of keeping his ideas in a drawer, decides it is time to color all that stuff. And he does some fellow accompanied previous bands, ending up in the recording studio “Juglans Music”, where Catalan combo has shaped his first album, “Do not tell anyone.”

“For all those who like to label everything with Estimbarry have a real problem, his songs seem to seek the listener, constant changes of intensity, stops, sprinting … not suits could say that the group is able to pass one end to the other without changing the song “we advance. And added: “Estimbarry is nothing more than a dream with a touch of rock and roll, one made inspiration actually intended to create a feeling, mixing various musical styles. Such inspiration feeds on the life stories or contemplated by the author and performer of the themes of this first album, and grows to maturity with the personal contribution of each of its musicians, giving it a very particular style created on a base rock, but with ingredients that make melodic, classic, forceful, angry and emotional turn “. Songs that come to life with the voice of Dani, Jordi guitars Massot “Tuixó” and Roger Mercader, keyboards Francesc Hair “Foris” Velasco bass Salvi and Francesc Quintana battery “Kinty”. Not forgetting the contributions of Sandra Torres ‘Reflections of Avarice’, Rita Valero, with Diego Conde and Gerard Ros, in the acoustic version of ‘La Gloria’ and the choral voices of Gemma, Anna and Rossi on some of the issues of disk.
