Detroit’s Small Stone Records pays tribute to Aerosmith with the two-CD set Right in the Nuts. On this album, known Detroit rockers Five Horse Johnson, Speedball, and Soul Clique join the city’s diabolical rappers Natas. Lined up right beside them are such underground hard rock heroes as Electric Frankenstein, Raging Slab, and Drunk Horse. Also on the tribute is Puny Human. (Small Stone released the debut LP by this New York band.) Their sound is a heavy sludge rock cross between White Zombie and Black Sabbath.
