The rich popular proverb says that “it is better to fall into grace than to be funny”. The reasons that lead a group to enjoy the honeys of success should be talent, dedication and personal work, but we all know that these premises are not always fulfilled.
We all have in mind some good group that, although it fulfills these requirements, does not manage to surpass the barrier that separates the success of the work, and its dreams and illusions drown without being able to excel enough to see clear the future. Before this circumstance, some leave and others only recoil enough to take forces and to try harder, if possible.
