Billy enjoyed great success during the peak of the L.A. metal scene on the Sunset Strip back in the 80’s playing with Pair-A-Dice, Cold Sweat & Agent X. Billy performed with many of the day’s top bands such as Poison, Great White, Guns & Roses, Warrant, Slaughter, KIX, Bang Tango and many more.
