GAMMA RAY’s new live release ‘Skeletons & Majesties Live’ was released on CD, Blu-ray and DVD on November 30, featuring footage of the April 29, 2011 show at Z7, Pratteln, Switzerland.
This concert was given as part of a special tour, during which the group performed either compositions rare for concert performances, or well-known hits in a different arrangement. During the performance, Michael Kiske joined his former HELLOWEEN bandmate on stage, performing three tracks with GAMMA RAY.
The double CD included 18 tracks (plus intro and interlude), and the DVD and Blu-ray included six more bonuses, alternate versions of “The Spirit”, “Wings Of Destiny”, “Farewell”, “Gamma Ray”, “Time To Break Free “and” Insurrection “recorded the previous day in Zeche, Bochum.
