The second album by the great French band Black Sun. In this album, the band retreated from the Power Metal, and choose vigorous Hard Rock genre, with some inclination towards Pop Rock. It is possible to notice great similarity with such bands as Van Halen and Dokken. This album can be considered as more commercial and popular. But, luckily in spite of all this stylistic changes, band possessed it`s great level of musical professionalism and creative potential!

Must Have! Very Rare !Wonderful and rather peculiar Metal band from France!!! Imperial Journey is their first album, and it was performed in Power Metal genre. Their Power Metal has strong German roots and it is even possible to notice the influence of prominent German band Scanner. But, nevertheless, the band has it`s own unique and distinctive musical and masterly executive style!
The whole album is created to show fantastic, mysterious, futuristic and exiting atmosphere of open space and scientific fantasy!!! In my humble opinion, this is
His music is difficult to attribute to any genre. At times leaning towards frank rock, at times soaring towards the Pink Floyd music of the spheres, he often includes elements of classical music in his creations (not without the influence of his violinist wife?).
With a commendable sense of taste, he combines elements of Western and Eastern musical cultures without being dominated by one of them. The center of gravity of his performance lies in the combination of visual and acoustic principles.
