The US formation Blue Tears released their debut album of the same name in 1990 via MCA Records, which for many melodic rock fans ranks alongside the best albums by Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Winger, Danger Danger and Firehouse. From series HR/HM 1000 Vol. 4 cool band BLUE TEARS , this cd made a remaster unlike some other discs of this series.
As with many other releases, MCA Records failed to properly promote the album, so it never got beyond insider status, which is a blatant injustice. Singer Gregg Fulkerson wrote and produced the solo debut of Stryper singer Michael Sweet in 1994 and unfortunately the sympathetic frontman passed away unexpectedly in 2009.
