This one was requested here alongside ”Baby Talk”: all the recording demos from American melodic hard rockers FRICTION released by the band in limited quantities under the title “Un-Mastered – Never Released 1982-1988“.
The compilation title speaks for itself: these are the songs Friction wrote and demoed in the Eighties while shopping labels: there’s harder rocker from 1982, more AORish keyboard driven tunes from 1984, and typical US melodic rockers from 1986-87-88.
Luciferian Light Orchestra is a band formed in 2014 by Christofer Johnsson (Therion). The band is performing songs that Johnsson has written over the years but he thought they were too retro sounding for Therion. Christofer always had a big passion for the 70’s music.
