Alec Michaels has a good voice, although a bit too accented at times, and he is helped by a competent band, specially Kkris Pueblas’ hot six-string performance.As a starting point, “Fire” has plenty of heart and some rather pleasing songs, but the next one needs to be that much better to give Jakks a chance of getting anywhere.

This mega rare record was released in 1994 on KTZ Records. The band hailed from Pennsylvania and features some very catchy, melodic AOR/hard rock. Very well done US indie with nice keys, perfect guitars and great harmony vocals. Sounding very similar to bands like Surrender, Survivor, Triumph, Xavier and Romeo, an excellent album for your collection.
