The Lotus was an alternative / progressive rock band originally founded by Rossano “Rox” Capriotti in 2003 in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy. Later the band moved to Manchester, England and released their first album “Forgotten Silence” in 2010. After releasing additional 2 EPs and while working on a new album they decided that they had evolved into something different from The Lotus. As a consequence they chenged the band name to “Shape Of Water” releasing their first album named “Great Illusions” in June, 2020.
