Twelfth Night were some of the leading representatives of the British new wave of progressive rock of the early 1980s, along with bands like Marillion, IQ and Pendragon, but for various reasons they failed to break through and achieve the same sustainable longevity. Some argue that they were actually the best representatives of that generation at the time, and based on the stellar material presented on this live album, it’s hard to disagree.
